Changed your mind about something you’ve ordered from ?

We accept returns within 14 calendar days after goods are received.
If the product is new and in its original packaging, we will refund you once it is received.
Please note that underwear may NOT be returned, even in its original packaging.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected to make the original purchase (bank card or PayPal).

If an item does not suit you or meet your expectations, you may request for a refund.
Please follow the instructions below to help us process your request:
• Product condition: The product must be returned by post in perfect condition for resale: intact, in the original packaging, perfectly clean and with the label and tags still attached.
For reasons of hygiene, any returns that do not comply with these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
• Return slip: After contacting customer service, you will be emailed a return slip. You must print it and include it into your parcel so we may instantly identify your return order.
Return refusal: Any product that is damaged, dirty or whose original packaging has been altered may not be eligible for a refund. It will be left at your disposal at our warehouse for collection by appointment.
