The delivery times indicated are in working days.

In the event that the customer makes a purchase during a pre-order operation, the payment will be recorded for validation of the latter and the delivery will be made on the announced delivery date. In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be immediately informed by email of the situation.

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time and as part of their order. Unless otherwise indicated on the website, product deliveries take place in France and the rest of the world.

If the delivery delay exceeds 7 working days for reasons other than force majeure, the customer will have the option of cancelling their order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Vraigarcon.com customer service, at the address of its head office within 60 working days from the initially planned delivery date.
The amounts paid by the customer for the order and shipping costs will be refunded. If the product was received after the date of receipt of the cancellation by Vraigarcon.com, the return costs will remain the responsibility of the customer, and the return of the products will only be accepted subject to the perfect condition of the products, with the labels and in their original packaging.

Vraigarcon.com declines all responsibility for delivery delays, if you have provided an incomplete or incorrect address, due to the absence of the recipient of the package or its failure to collect it from the post office within the time limit provided for this purpose.
In this case, all reshipping costs will be your responsibility. Lost goods cannot be refunded.

Any reservations regarding the condition of the products (e.g. open or damaged package) must be notified to the carrier upon delivery.
Any justified protest for damage or partial loss must also be notified to the carrier within three days, not including public holidays, following receipt of the products by extrajudicial act or by registered letter, without prejudice to the exercise by the customer of his recourse against the seller under the conditions and limits provided for by law and these General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a long delivery time or failure to receive the ordered products, the customer can contact customer service, and an investigation will then be opened with the carrier to locate your package. The duration of this investigation can vary from 1 to 3 weeks.
If the package is found, it will be immediately reshipped to the address provided when ordering. If, at the end of the investigation, the package is declared lost by the carrier, the products will be reshipped (subject to available stocks or restocking time) or refunded. No refunds or returns of products will be made before the investigation is closed.
