Refund policy

Changed your mind about an item you ordered on Vraigarcon.com?
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. 
If the product is new and in its original packaging, we will refund the amount of your order upon receipt of your returned item. 
Please note that underwear cannot be returned, even in its original packaging. 
You will receive a return confirmation by email once the return has been processed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase (PayPal or credit card).

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS?
If an item doesn't suit you or meet your expectations and you wish to request a refund:
To ensure your return is processed quickly and successfully, please follow the instructions below:
• Product condition: The product must be returned in perfect resalable condition: it must be intact, in its original packaging, in perfect cleanliness, and with the original tag still attached. 
For hygiene reasons, any return that does not meet this requirement will not be eligible for a refund.
• Return document: After contacting customer service, a return label will be sent to you by email. It must be printed and included in the parcel to ensure immediate identification of the return.

Return refusals: Any product that is damaged, dirty, or whose original packaging has been altered will not be refunded. It will be made available for pickup by appointment at our warehouse.
